The training addressed a broad spectrum of areas, including communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and workplace ethics. It also emphasized cultivating a professional mindset, enhancing digital literacy, and building self-confidence, attributes that are highly valued in today’s job market.

This equips them to apply ethical concepts to real life decisions by critically evaluating diverse perspectives from both value education and ethical standpoints.
