This program was designed to equip students with the skills needed to thrive in real-world professional settings by strengthening essential soft skills. The training addressed a broad spectrum of areas, including communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and workplace ethics. It also emphasized cultivating a professional mindset, enhancing digital literacy, and building self-confidence, attributes that are highly valued in today’s job market.
